You may NOT post, upload, or share content that:
Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment of any kind
Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate
Infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy of others
Contains spam, scams, phishing attempts, or malware
Promotes illegal activities or violates any laws
Is deliberately false, misleading, or deceptive
Impersonates another person or entity

1.3 Enforcement and Consequences
Users who violate these Terms will be immediately removed from the platform. Enforcement actions include:
Immediate content removal for policy violations
Account suspension or permanent ban for serious or repeated violations
Reporting to authorities for illegal content (CSAM, threats, etc.)
No refunds for paid subscriptions if account is terminated for violations
1.4 Your Responsibilities
When using Clikan, you agree to:

Not attempt to circumvent safety features or moderation systems
Provide accurate information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
2. Content Moderation and Reporting
2.1 Reporting Mechanism
Users can and should report:
Objectionable content (photos, comments, profiles)
Abusive or harassing behavior
Spam or suspicious accounts
Violations of these Terms
2.2 Moderation Response Time
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Our moderation team will:
Review reported content and user behavior
Take appropriate action (content removal, warnings, bans)
Notify the reporter of action taken when appropriate
2.3 User Blocking
Users may block other users to:
Prevent unwanted interactions
Hide content from specific users in their feed

3. Account Creation and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clikan. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

6. Paid Features and Subscriptions
6.1 Clikan Pro
Some features require a paid subscription ("Clikan Pro"). Subscription details:
Monthly or annual billing cycles
Auto-renewal unless cancelled
Managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
No refunds for partial subscription periods
6.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
7.1 Service Availability
Clikan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy of location data or collectible information
Availability of specific features
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clikan is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
User-generated content or actions of other users
